Stretch, Strengthen, Twist, Balance, Focus, Breathe & Relax!

Finding the balance of Play and Purpose

Leslie has created a unique way to bring yoga to children through movement and play.

Little Guru Teachers Training (LGTT) is a certificate program for anyone who has the calling to teach yoga to toddler's, children and youth. LGTT’s 2 day interactive program is designed to provide teachers with the understanding and tools necessary to teach children yoga, pranayama and meditation. This training includes how to incorporate games, music, movement, and art into classes in order to foster imagination, creativity, and fun.

Our goal is for the children to have a positive and fun experience in each class and to establish tools they can take with them in their daily lives.

LGTT is for Pre-school teachers and school teachers who want to add yoga to their classrooms, established yoga teachers who want to work with children as well as parents who want to share the gift of yoga with their families. Our program is also for those who want to start their own children's yoga business.

Our training focuses on children ages 18 months to 12 years old.
